Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
Preparation

Boil rhubarb, sugar and pineapple for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Place in hot jars; cover with paraffin.
