Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. American or shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onion and peppers, also mushroom if you prefer.
    Cook sliced potatoes until tender.
    Put a layer of ground beef mixture and then add potatoes and more soup.
    Sprinkle cheese over the top.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook for 30 to 35 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Before you cook it, add a little milk on top.
    It helps it to stay moist.
