Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into
    an
    8
    x 4 x 1 1/2 inch loaf.
    Place in a lightly greased shallow pan.
    Brush with 57 sauce, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow to set 5 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
