Refrigerator Breakfast Sweet Rolls(Yields 36 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pack yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Scald milk and set aside to cool to lukewarm.
    Put 1 teaspoon of sugar and yeast in the 1/4 cup water.
    Sift flour into large bowl and add salt, lemon rind and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Cut the 1 cup butter into flour mix as for pie crust with pastry blender.
    Add beaten eggs and yeast to cooled milk.
    Combine lightly with flour-butter mix.
    Stir until well mixed but don't beat.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
