Cheesy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in boiling water 5 minutes and drain. Combine soup, cheese, sour cream and carrots; fold in squash and onion.
    Combine stuffing and oleo.
    Put 1/2 of stuffing mix on bottom of pan.
    Place squash mixture on stuffing.
    Cover top of squash mixture with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
