Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 wing portions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    peanut oil
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger, 5 spice powder and cornstarch together. Marinate the wings for 15 minutes.
    Deep fry in 375\u00b0 peanut oil until the wings are golden brown and tender.
