Potato Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 medium zucchini (1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 pkg. scalloped potato mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large tomato
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced or 1 can
    2 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in a greased casserole.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
