Shortcut Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. colored miniature marshmallows
2 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (in syrup)
1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Butter the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spread the miniature\tmarshmallows
evenly
over
the
bottom.
Combine strawberries, syrup and dry gelatin.
In a large bowl, combine the rest
of
the ingredients.
Blend and beat for 3 minutes. Spoon the batter over
the marshmallows, then spoon the strawberry mixture over the batter.
Bake
at\t350\u00b0
for
45
to 50 minutes. Serve hot, warm or\tcool
with
ice cream or whipped cream.
