Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pecans, chopped
    8 slices canned pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. water
    butter to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Season hot potatoes with butter, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Add corn flakes and sugar.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Chill at least 30 minutes or overnight.
    Arrange on pineapple slices in buttered baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
