Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box frozen broccoli
1 can sliced carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) bag sharp shredded cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
2 c. bread cubes, drenched in butter
Preparation

Thaw broccoli and drain.
Drain carrots.
In mixing bowl add undiluted soup, mayonnaise and egg and mix well.
In casserole dish (large one) put broccoli and carrots in.
Pour mixture over top; spread (do not stir in).
Place shredded cheese over the top. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
