"The Beacon" Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    1/2 lb. pork (boneless pork chops)
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
Preparation
    Cook meat until tender.
    Simmer all other ingredients together for 30 to 45 minutes or until slightly thick, then add shredded meat.
    Cook together for a few minutes.
