Spud Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. coarsely grated raw potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into a roll.
    Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or on charcoal grill, basting with steak or barbecue sauce as desired.
    Slice for burgers.
