Veal Kabobs On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    2 lemons, juiced
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. seasoning salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    14 whole mushrooms
    3 large green peppers
    14 cherry tomatoes
    2 yellow onions, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. veal cubes
Preparation
    Mix
    oil,
    lemon
    juice,
    soy and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt
    and pepper.
    Marinate veal in mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
    Skewer veal cubes alternately with mushrooms, green peppers,
    tomatoes\tand
    onions.
    Cook
    on\toutdoor grill over medium coals, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade. Serve with wild rice.
