Linguini With Feta Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 dried tomato halves
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 medium yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. fresh basil, slivered
    10 small Calamato olives, pitted and chopped
    1 Tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained,
    6 oz. feta cheese crumbled
    6-12 oz. linguini, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In medium bowl, pour boiling water over tomatoes to cover for 2 minutes.\tDrain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    Thinly slice tomatoes and set aside.
