Tuna And White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can white beans (or Northern beans), rinsed and drained
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white tuna in water, drained
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 tomato, cored, seeded and diced
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. yogurt
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix gently.
    Keep chilled until serving time.
    Mixture can be served in lettuce cups, hollowed out tomatoes or on toast or an open face sandwich.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
