Saucy Oven Barbecue Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Trim fat from meat; cut into serving size pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add steak; brown on both sides.
Transfer steak to a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Combine ingredients, stirring well.
Pour over steak.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
