Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Key lime juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust, baked in a 9-inch pie pan
Preparation

Place
the condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and vanilla in\ta
food processor or the large bowl of an electric mixer.
Blend
on
medium
speed
for
15
minutes.
(The long mixing
time
incorporates\tair
and
eliminates lumps.) Place filling in\tthe cooled, baked crust and refrigerate at least 8 hours
before
serving.
Garnish
with fresh whipped cream and twisted lime slices, if desired.
Serves 8.
