Low-Fat Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. milk
    4 egg whites or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients; set aside.
    In another large bowl, mix together milk, egg substitute, vanilla, applesauce and banana.
    Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in chopped walnuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
