Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork tenderloin, cut in 2-inch thick slices
small amount of oil for browning meat
1 large can sauerkraut
1 medium onion, sliced
3 potatoes, cut in thick slices
6 or 7 whole carrots
water and sauerkraut juice to make 1 1/2 c. liquid
Preparation

Brown slices of tenderloin in a little oil.
Remove meat and discard oil.
Return meat to pan, put 1/2 can sauerkraut on top of meat, layer of onions, half the carrots and half the potatoes. Then repeat with the other half of vegetables.
Pour water and reserved juice on top of all.
Bake in oven in a tightly covered pan at 325\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
