Cranberry Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
2/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cranberries
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Prepare muffin cups as above.
In bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
Stir into batter just until moistened. Stir in cranberries; do not overmix.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
