Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or oil
Preparation

Mix the ingredients.
Put in 2 greased round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until set.
Top with icing.
