Skillet Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (4 to 6) pork chops
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil about 5 minutes on each side.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper over pork chops.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cover; simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
