Cream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shortening or 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. regular sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil milk and flour until thick and cool.
    Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla.
    Add to boiled cooled mixture.
