Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. medium Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. red pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
strawberry preserves

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except preserves and pack in a mold.
Fill center with preserves and serve with crackers.
