Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Oil
    1/2 c. Onion (Chopped)
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 Can Tomatoes
    1 Can (8 oz.) Tomato Paste
    1 pkg (8 oz.) Lasagna Noodles
    1 Large Bucket Cottage Cheese
    1/2 tsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Sweet Basil
    3 Tbsp. Parsley
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    1 pkg. Mozzarella Cheese
    1 pkg. Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    1. Heat oil in skillet. Cook onion over moderate heat until soft. Add meat and brown it.
    2. Add rest of ingredients and cover. Cook over low heat
    45 minutes stirring occasionally.
    3. Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Do not grease pan. Put small amount
    of sauce in bottom of pan. Lay in half the lasagna noodles (uncooked). Spread 1/2 the bucket of cottage
    cheese, 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
    4. Pour on half of sauce. Repeat layers. Top with parmesan
    cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes until bubbly. Let stand 10
    minutes.
