Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. canned milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, salt and spices; add pumpkin, milk and eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; lower heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake another 40 minutes.
