Molly'S Breakfast "Egg Thing" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 slices de-crusted white bread
    1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar
    6 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 c. milk
    2/3 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Alternate layers of bread, cheeses and olives in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine eggs, mustard and milk.
    Pour over layers. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
