Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
3 large apples, sliced
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Mix in order and put in greased pan (I use a bundt pan). Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Allow cake to remain in pan and cover with glaze.
