Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1/2 c. finely diced jicama
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 skewers grilled shrimp
Preparation
    Season sliced cucumbers with salt and fresh or dried dill weed.
    Cover with sour cream and chill for 1 or 2 hours.
