Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 oz. Crisco shortening
Preparation
    Cut in shortening with dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and mix until ball forms. Do not knead.
    Pat out onto a floured board and cut with a large cutter.
    Bake in a 500\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Makes 20 to 25 biscuits.
