Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 can tomato juice (46 oz.)
1 can corn (16 oz.)
2 onions, chopped
oregano and basil
3 potatoes, diced
Preparation

Saute onions until tender, adding hamburg to keep moist. Flavor with parsley, oregano and basil.
Set aside when browned, and pour off fat.
Boil potatoes in tomato juice and add corn with juice when tender.
Combine all ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
