Apple Joy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to egg mixture.
Continue to beat.
Add oil gradually.
When all mixed, add apples, nuts and flavoring. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
