Spareribs And Sauerkraut(Friska Kiselo Zelje) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping Tbsp. lard
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    If the sauerkraut is too sour, it should be rinsed in clean, cold water; drain.
    Place sauerkraut in a kettle to cook.
    Add washed spareribs.
    Cook together, adding hot water.
    When meat is tender, make brown sauce.
    Add a little chopped onion and brown together.
    Pour into the cooking sauerkraut and spareribs.
    Boil a short time together.
    Remove from heat and serve hot with polenta or mashed potatoes.
