Bean And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry macaroni
15 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans
14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 hot dogs or any other cooked meat (optional)
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to directions; drain and put in a large pan.
Drain the kidney beans and add to macaroni.
Drain the stewed tomatoes and cut into smaller pieces.
Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce to the pan. Cut the hot dogs into bite-size pieces and brown in a separate pan sprayed with a cooking spray.
Add to mixture.
Stir all ingredients together and simmer until hot. Serves 2 to 3.
Goes well with a salad or cole slaw.
