Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn, cut off or 2 cans drained
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour, more if too runny
    3 eggs, separated and beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix corn, flour, egg yolks, salt and pepper.
    Beat egg whites separately until stiff.
    Mix corn batter with egg whites and fry in oil until brown and flip.
