Prize Winning Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add to broccoli.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese on top.
    Pour melted margarine over cheese.
    Spread stuffing on top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
