Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed, mashed or pureed (about 1 1/2 c.)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh or frozen)
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
additional fresh strawberries (optional)
Preparation

In a 9-inch pie plate, combine coconut with melted margarine or butter.
Press firmly on bottom and sides of pie plate.
