Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 long, hot peppers
1 lb. hamburger meat
3 c. Colby Jack cheese
salt to taste
1 tsp. garlic
Preparation

Wash peppers and cut open; clean out seeds.
Cook hamburger; season with salt and garlic.
Drain and fill peppers with hamburger meat and cheese.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
