Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. uncooked oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix flour, oats, baking powder, salt and soda.
Stir in buttermilk, eggs and margarine until smooth. Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, bake on hot griddle. Stir in a little more buttermilk if batter becomes thick.
Makes 12 to 14 pancakes.
