Caramel Ice Cream Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Heat stove to 100\u00b0 or low setting.
    Put 1 cup sugar in saucepan.
    Stir until sugar clumps and turns very brown.
    Then pour 1 cup of water in pan with sugar. Keep stirring constantly until like syrup.
    Pour over ice cream.
    Very gooood.
