Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. light molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    2 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir together in mixing bowl the rolled oats, boiling water, shortening, molasses and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Combine, stirring to dissolve, the yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.
    Stir into lukewarm oatmeal mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs and flour.
    Mix thoroughly; cover and let stand 15 minutes.
    Place dough in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and pat into loaf shape.
    Let rise in warm place until double (1 1/2 hours).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
