Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 pkg. (small) instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 c. dry sherry
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients at medium speed; beat about 4 minutes.
Pour batter into pan.
Pound pan on counter a few times to get air out.
Bake 60 minutes.
Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Turn out and finish cooling.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
Cut into slices and freeze, if you want.
