Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 cups lard
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar and salt. Cut in lard. Beat egg. Add vinegar and water. Sprinkle over flour mixture. Blend with a fork. Makes 2 double crust pies.
