Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
6 chopped apples
3/4 to 1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 to 1 c. raisins
Preparation

Soften butter.
Cream with sugar and eggs.
Beat in dry ingredients.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
I usually use a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Wonderful served warm with vanilla ice cream.
