Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely crushed, creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 24 cookies)
1/4 c. Crisco shortening, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine crumbs and shortening.
Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Toss 1/2 cup of chips with flour to coat.
Stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining chips over top.
Bake 55 minutes or until center is set.
Cool.
Chill.
Refrigerate leftovers.
