Hot Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size potatoes, boiled
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. mayo
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and put in shallow baking dish. Over the top, scatter 6 slices of bacon in pieces and some sliced olives. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
