Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    21 oz. can tomato sauce
    4 oz. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Saute onion, beef and celery in margarine for 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar and spices.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors.
    Add to hot dogs.
    Sauce may be frozen.
