Broccoli Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Quaker oats (uncooked, any style)
    1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice 1/4 inch from stem end of each tomato.
    Scoop out pulp and seeds.
    Place tomatoes in 1-quart baking dish.
    Cook broccoli with onion according to package directions; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well.
    Fill tomatoes with broccoli mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 servings.
