Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, onion, carrots, celery and ground beef.
    Cover with tomato soup and mushroom soup.
