Country Style Hominy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans yellow hominy
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Fry bacon and onion until bacon is very crisp.
Add water from 1 can of hominy to bacon and continue to cook about 5 minutes. Discard liquid in other can of hominy.
Add both cans of drained hominy to bacon mixture and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
